This 8-week program is designed to support caregivers within our community\, extending assistance to those who may be juggling multiple responsibilities\, including childcare or caregiving for friends or family members at risk\, thus jeopardizing their own well-being. \nThe cohort encompasses a variety of beneficial activities\, such as exercise sessions and virtual classes on healthy eating and life coaching. In partnership with T2 Fitness Foundation\, SCDC is committed to providing this invaluable program to our community. Register for the Portsmouth Cohort.
